Data Deletion Instructions

If a brand has invited you to participate in a campaign, or our team has reached out to you as a creator, we may hold personal data about you in connection with that outreach. If you created an account in the Echooo Creators app, we also hold the data associated with that account. You can ask us to delete this data at any time using the steps below. This page works alongside, and does not replace, the rights described in our Privacy Policy.

The Echooo Creators app, published by Klout Technologies (Private) Limited, lets you request deletion of your account and its associated data:

1. In the Echooo Creators app, open Settings and tap “Delete Account.” This opens this page.
2. Email us at the address in Section 7 from the email address registered to your account, with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.”
3. Include your full name and the email address you use to sign in to the app.

You can also send this request without the app. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. When your account is deleted, the data described in Section 3 is deleted or irreversibly anonymized, including your sign-in credentials, and you will no longer be able to sign in.

This covers personal data we hold about you as a creator or prospective creator, including:

• Account information from the Echooo Creators app (such as your name, email address, phone number, profile photo, and sign-in details, including a linked Google sign-in);
• Contact information (such as your name, phone number, email address, or social media handle);
• Messages and communication history exchanged with us via WhatsApp, Instagram, or email;
• Creator profile and social media data, including social accounts you connected in the app and data sourced through InsightIQ, our third-party creator data provider;
• Campaign, contract, or payment-status records associated with your participation in a campaign.

If you have an Echooo Creators app account, follow the steps in Section 2. Otherwise, to request deletion of your data, email us at the address in Section 7 with:

• Your full name and the social media handle(s) associated with your creator profile;
• The phone number or email address we used to contact you;
• The subject line “Data Deletion Request.”

We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request, to make sure we don’t delete someone else’s data by mistake.

Once we verify your request, we will delete or irreversibly anonymize the personal data described in Section 3 across our active systems, and confirm by email once this is complete. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.

We may retain limited data where required to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations, to resolve an active dispute, or to prevent fraud (for example, retaining a hashed record to prevent repeated sign-ups), as described in our Privacy Policy. Where this applies, we will let you know which data we retained and why.
