Data Deletion Instructions

If a brand has invited you to participate in a campaign, or our team has reached out to you as a creator, we may hold personal data about you in connection with that outreach. You can ask us to delete this data at any time using the steps below. This page works alongside, and does not replace, the rights described in our Privacy Policy.

This covers personal data we hold about you as a creator or prospective creator, including:

• Contact information (such as your name, phone number, email address, or social media handle);
• Messages and communication history exchanged with us via WhatsApp, Instagram, or email;
• Creator profile and social media data sourced through InsightIQ, our third-party creator data provider;
• Campaign, contract, or payment-status records associated with your participation in a campaign.

To request deletion of your data, email us at the address in Section 6 with:

• Your full name and the social media handle(s) associated with your creator profile;
• The phone number or email address we used to contact you;
• The subject line “Data Deletion Request.”

We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request, to make sure we don’t delete someone else’s data by mistake.

Once we verify your request, we will delete or irreversibly anonymize the personal data described in Section 2 across our active systems, and confirm by email once this is complete. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.

We may retain limited data where required to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations, to resolve an active dispute, or to prevent fraud (for example, retaining a hashed record to prevent repeated sign-ups), as described in our Privacy Policy. Where this applies, we will let you know which data we retained and why.
