Echooo for Claude and Other AI Apps

Last updated: October 9, 2026

The Echooo connector lets you work with your Echooo account from an AI app such as Claude. Ask about your campaigns, creators, content, results and payments in plain language, and, if you allow it, have the AI app make changes for you. It sees only what you can see in the Echooo dashboard, and it asks you before it changes anything.

1. What the Echooo Connector Does

Echooo is an influencer marketing platform. The connector is a remote Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that gives an AI app a set of tools for your Echooo workspace. With it, the AI app can:

  • Read your companies, brands, campaigns, creator lists, outreach, content, results, payments, briefs, signed terms, affiliate sales, invoices and plan usage;
  • Find creators, and open creator analytics, exactly as the dashboard does;
  • With your permission, make changes such as creating a campaign, adding creators to a list or recording a client’s decision;
  • With separate permissions, contact creators and share pages for you, or manage creator payouts.

The connector works for your own Echooo account only. It uses Echooo’s own data and APIs; it does not read anything else in the AI app, such as other conversations, memory or files.

2. What You Need

  • An Echooo account for a brand, an agency, or an agency’s client. Creator accounts can’t connect AI apps yet.
  • An AI app that supports remote MCP connectors with OAuth sign-in, such as Claude.
  • Your role in Echooo still applies: the connector can only do what your role allows in the dashboard. For example, payouts need a role with payout permissions.

3. Connect Echooo to Claude

From the connector directory.In Claude, open Settings → Connectors, find Echooo, and select Connect.

As a custom connector.In Claude, open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, and enter this URL:

https://mcp.echooo.ai/mcp

Then:

  1. Claude sends you to Echooo. Sign in with your Echooo account if you are not signed in already.
  2. Echooo shows which app is asking, the account it will use, and what it will be able to do. Tick any optional permissions you want to allow (see Section 5), then select Allow.
  3. You return to Claude, and the Echooo tools are ready. Try “What campaigns do I have?”

On Claude Team and Enterprise plans, an organization owner may need to add the connector for the organization first.

4. Other AI Apps

The connector follows the open MCP and OAuth 2.1 standards, so other AI apps and developer tools that support remote MCP servers with OAuth sign-in can connect with the same URL. The steps to add a connector differ by app; see that app’s help pages. Echooo’s sign-in and permission screen is the same for every app.

5. The Permissions You Choose

Viewing is always included. Everything else is a separate, optional tick on Echooo’s permission screen, off unless you tick it:

PermissionWhat it allows
View (always)Read your campaigns, creator lists, outreach status, content, results, payments and the other records listed in Section 1.
Make changesCreate and edit campaigns, brands and clients; launch, close or reopen campaigns; add creators to lists; record shortlist and client-review decisions; keep notes, prices, tags and deliverables on creators; approve deliverables; add or refresh campaign results.
Archive and removeArchive or restore campaigns, remove brands, deactivate or reactivate clients, remove creators from lists, remove deliverables still being planned, or put any of them back. Nothing is ever deleted permanently.
Contact creators and shareSend outreach e-mails and terms to sign, publish creator briefs, create share links for clients. These reach people outside Echooo and cannot be taken back.
Manage paymentsApprove, cancel or reconcile creator payouts, and record payments you have already made. Echooo moves no money itself.

To change what an app may do, disconnect it (Section 10) and connect again, ticking the permissions you want.

6. What You Can Ask

Some examples:

  • “Summarise how my summer campaign is doing: reach, engagement and spend.”
  • “Find fitness creators in the UAE with 50k to 200k followers.”
  • “Which creators on the shortlist haven’t replied to outreach yet?”
  • “Add these three creators to the KSA list and shortlist them.”
  • “Draft an outreach e-mail to Sara for the launch campaign and show it to me.”
  • “Which payouts are overdue, and to whom?”

The AI app chooses the right Echooo tool for each request. Read tools run straight away; anything that changes something is described to you first.

7. Credits and Your Plan

The connector uses your Echooo plan exactly as the dashboard does, and tells you what a request used:

  • Finding creators: one discovery credit per creator returned (looking up a name or handle in the Echooo Network is free);
  • Creator analytics: one credit for a new report (a saved report is free);
  • Adding creators to a list: one shortlist credit per creator;
  • Adding or refreshing a campaign result: one results credit per post;
  • Creating a campaign: one campaign from your plan.

Ask “How much of my plan is left?” at any time. A daily limit per connection also stops a runaway conversation from using up your credits.

8. How Changes Are Kept Safe

  • Your role and company.Every request is checked against your Echooo role and your company, the same as in the dashboard. Another company’s data is never reachable.
  • Asked first. Before any change, the AI app is told to say exactly what will change and wait for your yes. Your AI app may also ask you to approve each change.
  • Preview, then send. E-mails, terms and recorded payments are shown to you in full first; Echooo sends only what you saw, and refuses if anything changed since.
  • Done once. A request repeated by mistake is not applied twice.
  • Reversible where possible. Archiving and removing can always be undone in Echooo.
  • Data, not instructions. Text from your workspace, such as a creator bio or caption, is passed to the AI app as data. The connector tells the AI app never to follow instructions found inside it.

9. Privacy and Data

Our Privacy Policy applies to the connector. In short:

  • What Echooo receives: only the requests the AI app makes to the Echooo tools (for example, a campaign ID, a search filter, or a note you ask it to save). Echooo does not receive your conversation with the AI app, its memory or your files.
  • What the AI app receives:the results of those requests, which may include personal data in your workspace, such as creator names and handles. The AI app’s own privacy policy governs what it does with them.
  • What Echooo records:an activity log of each connection (which tool was used, when, the result, the IDs of anything changed, and the request’s IP address and user agent), never the content of your conversations, of tool results or of e-mails sent. It is kept for 180 days.
  • Sign-in: you sign in on Echooo, never in the AI app. The AI app receives a key that works only for the connector, lasts one hour and is renewed for up to 30 days of inactivity. Echooo stores keys only in a scrambled (hashed) form.
  • No model training: Echooo does not use data from the connector to train AI models.

10. Disconnecting

You can end a connection at any time, and it stops working within a minute:

  • In Echooo: open the dashboard, then Settings → Connected apps, and select Disconnect.
  • In the AI app: remove or disconnect the Echooo connector in its settings.

Connections also end automatically when you reset your password, when your account is deactivated or deleted, or when you are removed from your company.

11. Troubleshooting

What you seeWhat to do
“This Echooo connection can only view” or “… is not allowed to …”The permission for that action was not ticked. Disconnect, connect again and tick it on Echooo's permission screen.
“You don't have access to that in Echooo”Your Echooo role does not allow it. Ask your company's admin to change your role.
“Your Echooo connection is no longer active”The connection was ended (for example after a password reset). Connect again.
“Too many requests to Echooo right now”Wait a minute and try again.
A message about your plan or creditsThe request needs more credits than your plan has left. Check Plan usage, or upgrade in the dashboard.
“The e-mail (or terms, or payment) is no longer what you approved”Something changed after the preview. Ask the AI app to preview it again.
Connecting is not available for your accountCreator accounts can't connect AI apps yet; brand, agency and client accounts can.

12. Support

For help with the connector, or to report a problem or a security issue, e-mail support@echooo.ai. Please include the AI app you use and, if you can, the time the problem happened.
